| 摘 要： | 将区域社会资本划分为微观、中观和宏观三个层次,然后分别分析这三个层次社会资本对区域经济增长的微观、中观和宏观作用体制,建构一个综合的理论分析框架,为地方政府运用社会资本解决区域经济增长问题提供一个新的思路。培育微观区域社会资本促进区域企业绩效的提高;培育中观区域社会资本促进区域产业集群的发展;培育宏观区域社会资本优化区域环境建设。

| Abstract: | The regional social capital is divided into micro,madhyamapratipad and macroscopic three levels,and the article analyzed respectively the three levels of social capital on the regional economic growth of micro,madhyamapratipad and macro function system,construct a comprehensive theoretical analysis framework,and provide a new train of thought for local governments use of social capital to solve problems in regional economic growth.We should cultivate social capital to promote the improvement of regional enterprise performance in the micro area;cultivate medium regional social capital to promote the development of regional industry cluster,and cultivate macroscopic regional social capital optimization of regional environment construction. |
