企业基因管理模式初步设计

本文把生物学中基因的概念引入管理学领域,把影响和制约企业健康发展的要素如资金、技术、设备、人才、信息、知识、环境、质量和服务等视为企业生命体中具有特定遗传功能的病变基因元素对企业管理进行考察,提出了企业基因管理的概念,并对企业基因管理模式进行了初步设计,运用系统论、信息论和控制论的相关知识对企业基因管理模式的程序和要求进行了研究,认为企业基因管理模式是一种系统化、信息化和规范化的管理方法,使管理者掌握企业发展命运更具预警性、主动性、控制性和科学性。

The Initial Design for the Management Mode of Enterprise Genes

Introducing the concept of gene into management field,this article compares the factors affecting the healthy development of an enterprise,such as capital,technology,equipment,talent,information,knowledge,environment,quality and service,to the pathological change genes of the enterprise body.After surveying enterprise management,this article puts forward the concept of en-terprise gene management,and provides an initial design for the management mode of enterprise gene.Then,with the help of system theory,information theory,and control theory,the article studies the process and requirement of the management mode of enterprise gene.The conclusion of the article is that the management mode of enterprise genes should be a systemized,informationized and standardized management so that the administrators can have prewarning,initiative,controlling and scientific capability to control the development of the enterprise.
