| 摘 要： | 本文在分析决定应用较多行政调控手段基本因素的基础上,从行政手段的作用、特点和存在的问题角度对本次宏观调控中的行政手段进行了初步探讨,厘清了目前经济学界大多数学者在此问题上的诸多错误认识,并提出了初步对策。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the basic factors leading to the adoption of executive means in economic control, this article explores the executive means used in the current macroeconomic control from the perspective of their functions, characteristics and problems. Thus the incorrect understandings of most scholars in economic field have been made clear and what's more the author has suggested some countermeasures. |
