我国“二元双层”劳动力市场下的农业剩余劳动力转移

劳动力转移是劳动力市场供求关系的反映。我国劳动力市场二元四级的特征影响了农业剩余劳动力的转移。本文从实证角度研究了四级市场对农业剩余劳动力转移的作用和贡献,从而可知,农业剩余劳动力转移必须从四级市场出发,完善劳动力市场;发展城市非正规产业和非农产业;加强小城镇建设以促进农业剩余劳动力的转移。

The Shift of Surplus Rural Laborers under China's Laborer Market of "Two Layers in Dual Economy"

The shift of laborers is the reflection of the supply and demand on laborer market.The four categories in the dual economy on China's laborer market affect the shift of surplus rural laborers.This article empirically studies the contribution of the four-category market to the shift of surplus rural laborers.The conclusion is that based on the four-category market,the shift of surplus rural laborers,it is necessary to perfect the laborer market,develop irregular industries and non-agricultural industries,and strengthen the construction of small towns so as to boost the shift of surplus laborers.
