| 摘 要： | 在金融危机、能源危机双重冲击的背景下,新能源的推广和使用有望引发全球新一轮产业革命的浪潮。河北省新能源装备制造业具有较好的产业基础,应乘势而上,将其培育为战略先导产业,以此作为培育现代产业体系的突破口。
