| 摘 要： | 有关产业集群对技术创新的正面作用,现有的文献进行了充分地论述。然而在经济现实中,部分产业集群区域(特别是某些传统产业的中小企业集群区域)却出现了产品同构、企业创新动力不足等现象。本文通过建立企业创新收益的动态博弈模型,分析了产业集群对企业创新产生的负效应,并给出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | So far adequate discussions have been conducted by existing papers on t he positive effects of industrial cluster on technological innovation. However,i n economic reality in some areas of industrial cluster (especially those of medi um and small sized enterprises of some conventional industries),there have app eared product duplication and lack of innovation impetus. By setting up the game model of innovation benefits,this paper holds that there are some negative effe cts of technology innovation in industrial cluster and then puts forward some po licy proposals on how to avoid such negative effects. |
