| 摘 要： | 西方经济学传统观点认为,公共产品由私人提供是无效的,因此,公共产品只能由政府来提供。然而,在现实中却存在着有效的私人提供的公共产品。对此,经济学家对公共产品的供给模式给予了重新思考。BBV理论为公共产品私人供给奠定了研究基础和指引了研究方向,博弈论和实验经济学为其研究提供了有效方法。

| Abstract: | According to the traditional economic opinions in western countries,the private supply of public products is invalid.They shall be supplied by government.However,in real life some public products are privately supplied.Then economists rethink the supply mode of public goods.BBV theory provides foundation and direction for the research on the private supply of public products while the game theory and experimental economics offer the effective research methods. |
