东西部城市化差异与西部战略——中国城市化水平估计在50%以上

文章讨论了关于城市化的三个问题。(1)从工业化、经济发展水平、社会消费品零售额城乡结构、三次产业就业结构、国际比较等方面分析了中国城市化水平,提出中国城市化水平已经达到50%的判断。作者认为,我国不存在城市化滞后于工业化的现象。(2)提出从人口密度、城市密度、城乡人口结构三个方面观察城市化现象从而得出东西部城市化存在较大差异的见解。认为,从效率更高并与工业化和经济发展模式相适合的要求出发,西部城市化宜采取大城市与城市圈结合的战略。(3)中国的城市化也要走一条非均衡协调发展道路。

Differences in Western and Eastern Urbanizations and Western Development Strategies

Concerning issues of urbanization,based on the analyses of the level of industriailization and economical development,urban and rural structure of social retail consumption,three industrial employment structure and the internationl comparison,this thesis analyzes the level of China’s urbanization and advances the judgment that 50%of Chinese cities have been urbanized.According to the author,there does not exist the phenomenon that urbanization is lagged by industrialization.This thesis puts forwards the explanation to the urbanization from human density,city density and urban-rural poprlation that there exists huge urbanization difference between the east and the west,and that the strategy of combining large cities and city circles to realize western urbanization to promote efficiency and to satisfy the needs of industrialization and economy development.
