对消费启动基本条件的分析--兼论当前的消费启动条件

消费启动不仅在理论上是经济启动的主导模式,而且已成为当前我国政府的政策选择,但是当前的消费启动在力度上,还不是经济启动的主导。消费启动需要的基本条件是收入增长同经济增长大体一致。本文从理论入手,以实证为主,考察了我国改革开放以来收入增长率和经济增长率之间的关系,结合同时期经济启动的特点,给出了对消费启动基本条件的完整分析,从而也从启动条件的角度上,得出了当前消费启动力度不够的原因。

Analysis of Fundamental Conditions for Consumption Startup

Consumption startup is not only the leading mode for economic startup in theory but also the selected policy of our government.However,as far as its power is concerned,the current consumption startup has not become the leading force for economic startup.The fundamental condition for consumption startup is that the growth of residents' income is roughly in accord with that of economy.From the theoretical perspective while centering on empirical study,this article first explores the relationship between the growth of residents' income and that of economy since the reform and opening-up in China.Then with the help of characteristics of economic startup during that period,it provides a complete analysis of fundamental conditions for consumption startup. Finally in terms of the conditions for consumption startup, the article concludes that the current consumption startup power is inadequate.
