| 摘 要： | 对农村富余劳动力转移起重要影响作用的因素一般为:乡村从业人员数、乡村从业人员中二、三产业人员数、实际受培训人数和培训后实现再就业人数。这些影响因素一般不是独立发生作用,而是四者交织在一起共同影响农村富余劳动力的有效转移。

| Abstract: | The factors that have great effects on the transferring of surplus laborers in rural area include: the number of the unemployed,the number of laborers in the second and tertiary industry,the actual number of trained laborers and the number of laborers that are re-employed after training.These factors generally do not work independently but rather work collaboratively to affect the effective transferring of surplus laborers in rural area. |
