| 摘 要： | 本文进一步深化了对城乡统筹发展的理论认识,具体揭示了城市化与“三农”的内在联系,在深入总结我国城市化进程及其发展误区的基础上,针对河北省“三农”问题突出的特点,提出了促进河北省城市化和“三农”统筹发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This article deepens the understanding of theories concerning the harmonious development of urban and rural area, and discloses the internal link between urbanization and three dimensional rural issues. Based on the summary of urbanization process in China and development faults, this paper, considering the keen three dimensional rural issues in Hebei Province, puts forward some suggestions on how to promote harmonious development of urbanization and three dimensional rural issues in the province. |
