Countermeasures on Financing Problems in Quanzhou Private SMEs

Since development of the reforms and open policy,the SMEs in Quanzhou have been growing rapidly and become the backbone of local economy.However,the financing problem has always hindered their further development.This paper states the status of their financing difficulties internally and externally,analyses the reasons in details,such as poor ability of internal financing,imperfect development of small and medium financial institutions,high access barriers to the equity market,and high risk of private financing market.For more sustainable and healthy development,in one hand,they should enhance their own capacity,in the other hand,relevant government departments also need to introduce some supportive policies to provide a fair external financing environment.
