| 摘 要： | 金融海啸席卷全球，全球经济陷入衰退，中国经济也随之步入下行调整期。但在国家“保增长”政策的支持下，银行业发展既面临诸多风险和不确定因素，也面临新的机遇和市场机会。本文通过对2008年我国银行业发展的回顾，分析2009年银行业发展的趋势、存在的风险和潜在市场机遇，为我国银行业的经营决策提供参考。
