| 摘 要： | 后ECFA时期，两岸金融服务的管制成本和政策不确定性风险降低，为两岸金融实业界提供了更加多元化、多层次、多领域的合作契机，但同时也使两岸金融合作面临新的挑战。在此背景下，应建立两岸经济合作机制、货币清算机制、两岸贸易人民币结算试点、台湾地区离岸人民币市场、两岸金融危机处置和风险监控机制、推动区域货币一体化。
