我国省域城市化质量水平的测评

依据我国120个样本城市的相关数据可建立一组省城城市化质量水平指标的测度模型；以我国东、中、西部各两个具有代表性的省份为例。用模型测度其城市化质量水平，结果表明：省城经济的持续繁荣和协调发展取决于区域城市化的内在质量。要提高中西部省城经济发展速度和质量，应该重点培育次级高能量城市，增强省城城市体系对生产要素的吸引力和城市网络张力。

Research into evaluation of the quality of China's provincial wide urbanization level

A series of measuring models of provincial wide urbanization quality level indexes is constructed based on the related data of 120 example cities. Taking representative examples from each two provinces of east, middle and west areas of China as an example, their urbanization levcl is measured by the model. The results show that sustainable prosperity and coordinated development of provincial wide economy depend on internal quality of regional urbanization. In order to promote the speed and quality of provincial wide economic development of middle and west areas, the importance should be attached to secondary high capacity citiea to increase the attractive force and network expanding force of production factors of provincial wide urban system.
