| 摘 要： | 重庆市土地资源缺乏，水资源充足。高素质人力资源短缺。资本资源地区差异大，农业、矿产资源既有优势又有不足。而区位资源、工程建设资源、旅游资源优势显。应根据资源条件确定重庆市可持续发展战略对策。

| Abstract: | Chongqing is short of land resources, is rich in water resources, is short of high quality human resources, has advantage and disadvantage of agricultural and mineral product resources and there is obvious advantage of regional resources, engineering construction resources and tourism resources. Sustainable development strategy can be made based on resources condition. |
