重庆市农民工进城就业安居现状调查

目前,由于城乡分割的劳动力市场的存在,重庆市农民工进城在就业、安居方面存在诸多问题。比如,就业方面,农民工就业层次整体较低、企业用工和劳动管理不规范、就业培训与管理工作滞后、就业信息渠道不畅、市场中介行为不规范等;安居方面,住房面积小、居住环境差、住房满意程度低、有廉租房需求却不了解农民工公寓、城镇定居意向强但租金承受能力较低、农民工住房保障政策不完善、子女城镇入学门槛高等。应优化农民工进城就业安居的体制环境。

Survey on the status quo of Chongqing peasant - workers to work and live in cities

Currently, because labor force market is divided into urban market and rural market, there are many problems tor Chongqing peasant - workers to work and live in cities. With regard to employment, the peasant - workers have low employment level, and the enterprises which employ the peasant - workers do not have standard working and managing norms, and their employing training and management lag behind and their employment channels are not in good condition and their working agents behaviors are not standardized and so on. With regard to accommodation, their living apartment has small areas and has bad environment and has low satisfaction degree. The peasant - workers need cheaper renting apartments but they do not have the information about the apartments. The peasant - workers have strong intention to live in a city but they do not have the ability to rent an apartment. The housing insurance policy for the peasant - workers is not perfected and their children have big barrier to go to school in the cities. The institutional environment should be optimized for the peasant -workers to work and live in the cities.
