| 摘 要： | 诞生于西方的现代商业保险是植根于西方社会的制度文化基础之上的，而中国尚不完全具备商业保险运行所需要的制度文化基础，商业保险传入中国必然会产生制度、法制及文化上的冲突。因此，商业保险在中国的运行和发展也呈现出与西方文化环境下不同的特点。由于制度文化变迁的长期性以及全球化的影响，中国要实现商业保险的可持续发展，必须在文化共生的理念下，走“全球化与本土化”结合的发展道路。
