| 摘 要： | 科技创新体系是建设创新型国家的关键.本文通过对四川科技创新的调查和研究,提出了科技创新体系建设的构想:以企业技术联盟为主导、以企业技术联盟为纽带组建产、学、研的高新技术研发团队、以高新区聚集的科技创新资源为平台、以政府的政策支持为支撑.

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological innovation system is the key to constructing innovative style country.This paper points out the plan for constructing scientific and technological innovation system after survey and research into Sichuan's scientific and technological innovation which is taking enterprise technology alliance as the leading role,organizing new and high-tech research and development team connected by production,learning and research which is linked by the alliance,taking scientific and technological innovation resources of new and high-tech zone agglomeration as the platform and taking governmental policy support as the basis. |
