经济转型对居民收入差距的影响及其路径变迁(1980～2002)

基于1980年～2002年我国居民基尼系数和非国有化率的收集整理,计量分析了非国有化率对居民收入差距的影响,并估计了其对居民收入差距影响的路径变迁.结果发现:非国有化率同居民收入差距之间存在长期均衡的关系,非国有经济的发展是居民收入差距拉大的Granger原因,其中,其对城镇居民收入差距的影响要比农村居民收入差距的影响强烈.同时,非国有化率对居民收入差距的拉动强度在1992年以前呈现平稳的波动轨迹,其对居民收入差距的影响是从1992年以后才变得日益明显.值得注意的是,从1998年开始,其对居民收入差距的拉动强度有逐渐增强的趋势.

The impact of economic transition and structure adjustment on resident income disparity and its path change during 1980-2002

Based on the data during 1980-2002, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of economic transition and structure adjustment on income disparity and calculates its path change. The author finds that there is a long- term balanced relationship between non - state - owned rate and the income disparity. The development of non- state- owned economy is the Grarger reason for income disparity.The impact on urban resident income disparity is bigger than on rural resident income. The pull force of non- state- owned rate on resident income disparity showed stable and vibration path before 1992 and becomes obvious after 1992 and has increased since 1996. This paper also points out the related suggestions.
