流域经济与长江上游经济区空间范围界定探讨

经济区（带）是具有自然条件相似性、经济技术联系紧密的区域空间集合体，它依托区域内增长极的聚集和辐射作用以及区域内的分工与协作实现区域的共同发展与进步。因此，需要合理地划定经济区（带）边界，但关于长江上游经济带（区）的划分历来有不同观点和方案。流域经济区是生态、经济、社会三个子系统的复合体，其范围的划分界定应综合考虑自然、经济、社会等多方面的因素。长江上游经济区包括四川、重庆、云南和贵州四省市；同时，为了满足不同规划的目标和需要，依据不同的区划要素，可对其进行大、中、小多尺度范围的区域界定。
