| 摘 要： | 近年来,哈尔滨服务业发展较快,但与经济发展的整体水平、人民日益提高的消费需求的客观要求相比,其发展仍然是滞后的,通过自回归分布滞后模型定量分析服务业对制造业、就业贡献度,发现服务业的促进作用还比较小.原因在于市场化程度低,产业化、社会化进展缓慢和人才缺乏等方面.
