摘    要:绿色食品产业的发展是适应农业结构调整、消费结构升级,也是转变经济发展方式,实现人与资源、环境协调与可持续发展的必然要求.在界定绿色食品产业内涵、构成的基础上,深入分析和总结中国绿色食品产业发展的现状特征与“结构”制约因素,对中国绿色食品产业发展的态势进行分析并提出促进产业发展的政策建议.研究表明:在政府推动和市场需求双重推动下,中国绿色食品产业现仍处于快速成长期.产业规模与发展速度持续加快、产业整体发展水平不断提升,但仍面临产品结构亟待升级,地区结构与企业规模结构进一步集中优化,以及绿色食品市场需求与消费能力进一步增强等问题的制约.

Current Status,Constraints and Development Tendency of Green Food Industry in China

Abstract:The development of green food industry is an inevitable process to fit the agriculture structure adjustment, consumer upgrading and the transformation of industrial development mode so as to realize the harmonious development of human, resource and environment and sustainable de- velopment. A comprehensive overview of Green Food industry development in China based on the definition of green food industry and the connota- tion of industry development were provided. This paper analyzed the evolution process of green food industry and "structural constraints" factors, an- alyzed the development tendency and based on the results of this study, corresponding and operable policy suggestions were put forward to offer sci- entific policy- making reference and decision -making basis. The results showed that, with the development in the last 20 years, Chinese Green Food industry has increased rapidly propelled by government and market demand and has been in growth phase. Although the scale and speed of Chinese Green Food industry has gained great, the overall level upgraded a lot, such problems as the upgrading of product structure, optimization of regional structure and enterprise scale structure, and the ability of green food market demand and consumption are still urgent to deal with.
