| 摘 要： | 家族企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,大多数民营企业采用了这种重要组织形式.从我国家族企业产权制度和治理结构特点出发,分析产权制度和由此决定的治理模式,我国家族企业存在产权缺陷和治理失效问题,探讨我国家族企业产权制度和治理结构创新的对策.要明确界定产权,实现产权多元化、所有权和经营权的分离,构建现代企业制度和法人治理结构.
