| 摘 要： | 从传统国民经济核算体系存在的固有缺陷及推行绿色GDP过程中的制度障碍出发,分析制度障碍产生的原因,具体包括认识误区障碍、统计制度障碍、现行官员政绩考察障碍等,并针对这些制度障碍提出破解的措施.
