| 摘 要： | 目前,金融衍生工具已成为规避金融风险和追逐利润的重要手段.探讨我国金融衍生工具风险监管制度现状,分析我国金融衍生工具风险监管不足之处,提出构建完善金融衍生工具风险监管法律制度建议,已成为近几年经济法研究中的几个热点问题.

| Abstract: | Financial derivatives instrument is an important means of avoiding financial risks and reaping profit.The present paper has surveyed the Chinese present status on risk monitoring in the use of financial derivatives instrument.It has analyzed the deficiency in Chinese risk monitoring going along the use of financial derivatives instrument and consequently given some suggestion on how to construct complete legal system pertaining to risk monitoring coming along with the employment of financial derivatives instrument. |
