| 摘 要： | 新世纪以来,受各种因素的影响制约,东北地区矿产资源型产业改革和结构调整步伐相对滞后,成为当前体制矛盾和结构矛盾最为突出的地区.要改变这种面貌,东北地区资源产业应培植自身的优势,把重点放在对现有矿产资源产业经济基础的调整方面,既要用现代高技术改造和提升原有传统产业,又要不失时机地发展新兴产业和市场前景看好的传统产业.
