Since the three decades of reforming and opening, the development of trading distribution services indicates that the construction of harmonious trade is conducive to prompting the harmonious society. When we look into the future, the retailing in China will enter the era in which chain supermarkets and general merchandise sector run neck by neck. Its development and ideas should be further clarified. Construction needs to be adjusted. Capitals need to be rearranged to set up super-retailers. The principles of opening-up should be grasped well to create an environment of fair competition between distribution enterprises home and aboard. Great importance should be attached to the strategic position of enterprises. As to the accomplishment of enterprises, a new evaluation system should be set up, new environment should be improved and developmental strategies should be created.
