| 摘 要： | 人力资本对经济增长和社会进步有着重要的影响和作用,我国城乡之间存在的人力资本投资差异在很大程度上抑制了这种有益作用的发挥。使用泰尔指数分解的方法来测度城乡之间和城乡不同单位内部的差异和不平等程度,可得出不同地区城乡居民人力资本投资差异呈不断扩大趋势的数量化界面,这对于制定合理政策缩小城乡差异具有指导意义。
