| 摘 要： | 演化论逻辑的企业理论与现代企业理论有着完全不同的研究视角。从分析主流企业理论在认识上存在的主要缺陷出发,弄清演化逻辑企业理论的认知基础及思想来源,揭示演化论逻辑企业理论对企业核心问题的理解,使我们既看到演化论逻辑的企业理论对主流企业理论的发展产生的深远影响,又能看到这一理论面临的一些挑战。

| Abstract: | The research perspective of evolution theory of enterprise is completely different from the modern enterprise theory.Based on an analysis of defects of the main-stream enterprise theories,we penetrate into the cognitive basis of evolution theory of enterprise,its source of thought and its insight into core problem of enterprise,this paper reveals not only the far-reaching influence of evolution theory of enterprise on main-stream enterprise theories,but also the challenge that evolution theory of enterprise faces. |
