| 摘 要： | 后危机时代中国的物流产业应走可持续发展道路，绿色物流无疑是最佳选择。基于合作博弈论的视角，第三方物流企业与物流需求企业可寻求一种共赢的合作创新博弈模式。在此过程中，应增强绿色物流企业绿色化经营和合作创新的理念，逐步打造和完善绿色物流产业链。
