| 摘 要： | 建设高质量的高职教师队伍是高职教育的核心环节,目前高职教师来源多,素质参差不齐。通过访谈、问卷调查等探索并识别出高职院校教师教学胜任的关键因素,并构建适合高等职业院校教师教学胜任特征模型,提出加强高职院校师资队伍建设的发展战略,为师资队伍的建设和管理提供较为客观的依据,促进＂双师型＂教师教学水平和质量的提高。
