| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐社会，是全党全国人民长期奋斗的目标。劳动就业问题对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。构建和谐社会的就业战略包括：全面理解落实科学发展观，确定就业战略目标，建立完善的城乡统一的就业服务体系和就业预测、失业预警制度，加快立法，理顺劳资关系。
