| 摘 要： | 面对老龄化的挑战，北京市民政局在借鉴社区照顾理论的基础上，推广养老照料中心模式。该模式以社区内的小型养老机构作为服务平台，为社区老年人提供多元化的居家和社区养老服务，在初步形成具有本土化特色的社区照顾服务体系同时，也出现了一些亟需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | To face the challenges of population aging,the Beijing civil affairs bureau promote the mode of en-dowment care centers based on the theory of community care.Relying on the service platform provided by some pension institutions,the model community provide a wide range of home and community care services for the elder-ly.It is the cornerstones with localized characteristics of the community care service system. |
