| 摘 要： | 我国的医疗保障制度经过5年多的改革和建设，初步建立起了新型的医疗保障制度体系构架。针对现存的社会医疗保险覆盖范围狭窄、改革不配套、政府投入不足等问题，需要通过建立多层次的医疗保障体系、加大政府对医疗服务领域的资金投入、加快社会医疗保障的立法步伐和加大医疗保险改革力度等举措加以解决。

| Abstract: | Our new medical insurance systems have been established primarily after it was reformed and constructed for five years.However,the coverage of it is small,the reform is not in compliance with it,government investment is not enough,and so on. To solve these problems,some measures must be adopted,such as constructing multi-levels medical insurance systems,increasing government investment,quickening lawmaking,Intensifying reform,and so on. |
