| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村，教育是基础，农业科技是关键，服务“三农”人才是保证。社会主义新农村建设中，必然需要大量高素质“三农”人才，这给农村成人教育的发展提供了良好的机遇。转变思想观念，树立“教育致富”的理念，多渠道筹集农村成人教育经费，充分发挥大学生“村官”在农村成人教育的领头雁作用，构建农村终身教育体系，为社会主义新农村建设做出贡献。

| Abstract: | Education is the foundation. Agricultural science and technology is the key factor;the talent is the guarantee to ensure the building of the new socialist countryside. The building of the new socialist countryside will inevitably require a large number of talented personnel. It provides an excellent opportunity for the development of the adult education in rural areas. |
