| 摘 要： | 天然橡胶是西双版纳州最具特色和竞争优势的产业。在其产业发展过程中，暴露出管理不完善、规划不合理、生态环境破坏严重等多方面问题。要解决这些问题，应采取加强政府的宏观管理职能，实现管理体制的有效创新；整合橡胶产业优势，做大做强橡胶产；实现规模化、标准化生产，减少环境污染；加大对天然橡胶产业的科技投入，增强产业发展后劲；依法治胶，保障天然橡胶产业健康有序发展等多种措施，推动橡胶产业的可持续性发展。

| Abstract: | The natural rubber,which has characteristics and competitive advantages,is one of the four traditional industries of Xishuangbanna in China.It has still more space to develop in the future.At the same time,the development of the natural rubber industry is not so easy,there are many disharmony factors.It sets up a high request to government,the rubber enterprises and farmers that they must seize the main contradictions and solve it and promote the rubber industry to develop effectively. |
