| 摘 要： | 高职毕业生就业问题突出，因此创建毕业生跟踪调查机制可在一定程度上缓解学校就业工作压力，其意义在于提升学校的社会形象，及时了解相关单位招聘信息；具体措施包括有效管理、设计有针对性的调查表格、不定期进行调查和设立优秀毕业生奖励基金等。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational college graduate students' employment problem is outstanding,so establishing an on the trail of inquisition mechanism for graduate students can alleviate the school employment work pressure to some extent. Its meaning lies in promoting social image of school,understanding the related job information in time.The specific measures includes: effective management,the design of pertinent investigation form;investigating irregularly and establishing reward fund for excellent graduate students. |
