| 摘 要： | 法学教育在市场化的冲击下,存在着谋求功利的短视与脱离实际的偏向,这似乎是近代法学教育危机的二次预演,为避免重蹈覆辙,应以史为鉴,进行多层次的法学教育,各层次的法学教育都要综合考虑个人素质的提升和社会发展的需求,走向规范化,正规化,以促进社会的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Law education under market-mode strike, maintains shortsighted and ivory-towered prejudice as a result of bucking for utility. It seems like second rehearsal of the crisis of the latter-day law education. In case of avoid following the same old disastrous road, we should take history as a mirror and carry through multilevel law education. Each level of law education should concern comprehensively the personal qualities and the needs of social development, step forward to strengthen standardization and normalization, in order to push continual development of society. |
