“三个代表”是马克思主义党建理论的创新

江泽民总书记“七一”重要讲话把“三个代表”作为一个整体,集中而鲜明地应用于党的建设,创造性地发展了马克思主义党建理论。“三个代表”把人们对党的性质的认识引入了新的境界;“三个代表”赋予了党的先进性以及更加丰富、更加深刻的时代内涵、对吸收新党员的主要标准、党在政治上是否先进的标准;都有了新的定位,对共产党员和干部树立良好形象提出了新的标准和要求。“三个代表”重要思想从根本上表明了面向21世纪的中国共产党要建设一个什么样的党和怎样建设党的战略新思路。

The "Three Represents" Is a Creation of the Construction Theory for the Marxist-Leninist Party

The Three-Represent's theory in the speech addressed by general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, Jiang Zemin on the "First of July", taken them as a whole, could be able centrally and distinctively to the Party's construction, developing creatively the construction theory of the Marxist-Leninist Party. The Three-Represent's theory has led the understanding by the people about the character of the Party to a new scope. The Three-Represent's theory has endowed with more abundant and deeper timely contents for the advancement of the Party, set forth a new location for the main criterion to receive new members and raised new standard and requirement for members and cadres to set up a new image. The Three-Represent's theory has also expressed radically a strategic clue towards the 21 century for the CPC on what a party should be built and how to build the Party.
