摘    要:影响学生在课堂上说英语的因素很多,其中情绪因素尤甚。研究者发放情绪问卷,调查广州两所高职院校252名非英语专业学生在英语课堂上说英语时的情绪变量与个人相关信息变量之间的关系及影响学生参加英语口语实验小组因素。结果表明学生这种意愿性不仅与他们课堂说英语时的舒适、自信和意愿等情绪变量成正显著相关,且与英语学习目的、课外学习英语时间长短成正显著相关,与犹豫情绪变量成负相关性。

Abstract:There are quite a few factors influencing students' spoken English in class, especially psychologically emotional ones. An questionnaire survey was implemented to figure out the correlativity between emotional variables and individual personal information of 252 higher vocational non-English major students while speaking English in class and the potential factors affecting students' willingness joining experimental spoken English group. The result indicated that there was a positive significant correlation between the students' voluntariness and emotional variables, namely, easiness, confidence and willingness. Moreover, a significantly positive correlation is shown between students' willingness of joining the treatment group and non-emotional factors, namely, learning purpose and the time length for learning English outside class. In addition, a significantly negative correlation existed between students' voluntariness and hesitancy variable.
