| 摘 要： | 国有农场企业化改革是新一轮农垦改革的一个重要课题.简要阐述了湛江农垦立足实际,以垦区集团化带动农场企业化、农场企业化推动垦区集团化为思路,从做强做优做大产业龙头、加快培育发展新兴农业、创新区域特色产业经营发展模式三个方面对推进国有农场企业化改革进行的实践与探索.

| Abstract: | The reform of state-owned farm enterprises is an important proposition of the new round of land reclamation reform.Based on the actual situation of Zhanjiang land reclamation and the projected positive interaction between the courses of collectivization of reclamation areas and transformation of farms into enterprises,this paper sets out to explore into the practice of transforming the state-owned farms into private enterprises,taking the perspectives of developing bigger and stronger icon enterprises,fostering innovative agricultural business types and innovating agricultural business and management modes with regional characteristics. |
