摘    要:为促进高校辅导员队伍建设的职业化、专业化和专家化,提高高校辅导员工作考核的全面性、客观性和科学性,可以应用当代管理学理论中的平衡计分卡,构建高校辅导员量化考核中的平衡计分卡体系。

Abstract:The balanced scorecard(BSC) is a strategic performance management tool,which is studied in this paper with the purpose to motivate the specialization and professionalization of high school tutor,and to improve the comprehensiveness,objectivity and scientificity of their job appraisal.The author attempts to built the applicable BSC system in high school tutor’s quantification appraisal.A brief introduction of BSC theory is provided in the paper.The structure and practical guideline of BSC for high school tutor quantification appraisal are established with the example of higher vocational college.
