| Abstract: | The balanced scorecard(BSC) is a strategic performance management tool,which is studied in this paper with the purpose to motivate the specialization and professionalization of high school tutor,and to improve the comprehensiveness,objectivity and scientificity of their job appraisal.The author attempts to built the applicable BSC system in high school tutor’s quantification appraisal.A brief introduction of BSC theory is provided in the paper.The structure and practical guideline of BSC for high school tutor quantification appraisal are established with the example of higher vocational college. |
