| 摘 要： | 该文以A股为例对上市公司非流通股股东和流通股股东在股权结构、股价和投资收益上的利益不对称进行了分析,得到了在股权分置下流通股股东承担了与其收益不对称的风险,为股权分置改革对价提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes asymmetrical benefit in equity structure,stock price and invest return of both the circulating shareholder and the non circulating shareholder of "A" stock market.It is discovered that because of equity separation,circulating shareholder undertake the risk which is asymmetrical to circulating shareholder's return.The analysis offers theoretic basis for the reform of equity separation. |
