校内实习公司对学生职业素质培养的效果分析

作为校外实习基地的企业缺乏参与人才培养的积极性,学生难以接触到企业的核心技术部位,校内模拟实训缺乏真实的企业环境,毕业生缺乏用人单位所期望的综合职业素质。校内实习公司兼具了企业的生产经营属性和学校的教学属性,是有别于校外实习基地和校内模拟实训的第三条通道。调查分析显示,校内实习公司的实践教学对于学生的职业思维、职业成熟度、择业效能以及就业质量等方面,存在着显著的相关性。

An Effectiveness Analysis of On - campus Internship Company on Students~Professional Quality Training

In the off - campus internship mode, enterprises are lack of enthusiasm in talents cultivation and students have no access to enterprise＇s core technology, while on -campus simulation training room is different from a real business environment. Therefore, graduates are hardly equipped with the comprehensive professional quality to meet their employer＇s expectation. On - campus internship company is the third passage to effective professional quality training, which is different from off- campus internship base or on -campus simulation training room. It has double attributes automatically：the production and business functions of enterprises and the teaching function of education institutes. An internship company survey analysis shows that there is a significant or very significant cor- relation between campus practice teaching and students＇professional thinking, career maturity, career effectiveness and quality of employment.
