关于促进中等职业学校教师专业化发展的思考

中等职业学校教师专业化直接影响着中职教师队伍的整体素质,更加制约中职教育质量。但目前我国中等职业学校教师专业化发展却存在专业属性不高,专业能力不强,专业培训体系不健全,专业道德危机等问题。本文在分析中职教师队伍专业化发展存在问题的基础上,试图通过开展校本研究,教学反思,加强实践,健全培训体系和联合高校等途径来促进中职教师队伍专业化发展,以求提高中职教育质量和职教吸引力。

Reflections on Promoting the Development of Teachers' Specialization in Secondary Vocational School

The teachers＇specialization in secondary vocational school directly impacts on the overall quality of teaching staff,and also determines the quality of vocational education.But nowadays,the development of teachers＇ specialization of secondary vocational School in our country has some problems,namely low professional attributes,weak professional competence,unsound professional training system and professional moral crisis.On the basis of analyzing the problems in the specialization development of secondary vocational schools teachers group,This article tries to promote the specialization development secondary vocational teaching staff to increase the quality of secondary vocational education and the appeal of vocational education by the ways of carrying out school-based research,teaching reflection,strengthening practice,improving training system,uniting universities and so on.
