高校创新型人才培养存在问题成因分析及对策研究

要实现我国建设“创新型国家”的目标，创新型人才能否脱颖而出成为关键，而高校则是创新型人才培养的基地。当前我国高校创新型人才培养存在诸多不足，该文从教师、培养环境、创新人才评价体系及创新力教育四个方面分析问题背后的成因，并提出构建大学生创新教育四大支柱等相关对策。

The Analysis and Countermeasures on the Problem of Creative Talents Training in College

To achieve the goal of ＂creative China＂, the emergence of a large number of creative talents is the key to it, and the college is just the base of creative talents＇ training. Nowadays, there are many problems in colleges＇ creative talents training. The paper analyzes this problem from the perspective of teachers, environment, evaluation system and creativity education, and raises some countermeasures such as setting up ＂4 supports＂ of creativity education accordingly.
