| 摘 要： | 城市化是经济社会发展的必然结果，也是解决经济和社会发展中诸多结构性矛盾的关节点。目前我国经济发展中所面临的一系列问题，都有赖于加快城市化进程来解决。纵观中外城市化发展历程，推进城市化的力量和模式主要有两种：一是市场主导型城市化模式；二是政府主导型城市化模式。徘么，我国城市化进程应该选择什么样的模式呢？该文拟从经济发展理论的角度，通过对城诵化本质特征和动力机制的解析，对我国城市化战略选择进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is the inevitable result of economic and social development and it is also the key point in solving the problems arising in the development of economy and society.At present,the solution to the problems in our country's economic and social development depends on quickening China's urbanization.Historically there are two main patterns of urbanization: government-oriented urbanization and market-oriented urbanization.From an economic angle and based on the analysis of essence character and dynamic mechanism of urbanization,this paper tries to probe into the strategic selection of China's urbanization pattern. |
