| 摘 要： | 该文运用竞争优势理论，从效率、质量、创新、顾客响应四个方面，结合当前高职教育的实际，提出高职院校建立竞争优势的途径。笔者认为，高职院校的竞争优势是一个立体的结构，四个方面之间是一种有机的联系，需要政府、社会和学校的共同努力才能得以完成。

| Abstract: | Based on the Theory of Competitive Advantage and the reality of polytechnic education, this paper brings forward the channels by which polytechnics can create competitive advantage by way of efficiency, quality, innovation and customer responsiveness. The author posits that the creation of competitive advantage of polytechnics is a four - dimensional project, with the four factors of efficiency, quality, innovation and customer responsiveness interacting with one another. Only through the concerted efforts of the government, the society and the school can the goal of competitive advantage be realized. |
