很多公司为了改善经营流程、提高品质、降低成本而实施流程改善的方法和工具。该论文介绍了一种新的改进工具——实用过程改进。实用过程改进是由美国学者R.Edward Zunich提出的,目前该方法已在美国一些企业得到应用,但目前在中国除了个别美资在华企业有些应用外,国内企业基本上还没有听说和引入该方法和工具,还处于空白状态。该方法采用一些最基本的改善工具,具有三个基本特征：符合逻辑的简单,实用的方法和工具,人人参与。该方法非常适合于国内中小企业。希望国内企业能够借鉴该方法,不断改善公司流程,提高业务经营能力,并在公司内部形成持续改善的企业文化。

New Process Improvement System for Maximizing Operation Performance——The Practical Process Improvement Method and Tools

In order to improve the business process and quality,as well reduce the cost,many companies apply the process improvement methods and tools.This paper will introduce a new improvement tool-Practical Process Improvement.Practical Process Improvement is raised by R.Edward Zunich,it has been applied to some companies in the United States,also for several US-funded enterprises in China.This tool is still not introduced to China and no domestic enterprises heard of this method and tool.It uses the basic tools and has three concepts： logical simplicity,practical methods and tools,and involve everyone.This paper holds that it is very suitable for small and medium domestic companies,hoping that domestic enterprises can learn from this method,and apply it to improve the business process and productivity,and create the continuous improvement culture in the company.
